Multimax VPN for MAC

Has anyone currently got their well multimax's VPN working on a MacBook air? It used to work but not since re subscribed with multimax..
It would happen after 5 on a Friday too! Any (sensible) suggestions welcome

If it's a while since you installed the VPN originally, you may find that the security requirements of the MAC operating system have changed in the meantime...

The details of the new security settings are on the Multimax website, and I think that you should be able to edit your existing VPN settings to suit.

Just don't ask me any more detail than that, because I don't use Apple devices - I'm an Android
