Multimax lack of customer service
On Wednesday we went in to pay our bill. The lady on reception had such long fingernails she was making mistake after mistake entering our transaction. Low and behold we woke this morning to no internet. Contacting the English speaking customer services operative to be told we had not paid our bill so cut off. We were told to call back when the lady on reception was in the office. After explaining we had been in and quoting our invoice number, we were asked to scan it over ehh no internet. This was not good enough for Multimax they said they would phone back. Well they did in half an hour and she did say it was their fault, we asked for a free day and she argued we hadn't been off long, only 9.5 hours. This is the short version of what went on as Multimax were adamant we had not paid and we had to prove otherwise. They are the best internet provider so we would not look to change, but this is no way to treat customers, we were one of the first to sign up to their full tv package. Please Multimax sort out customer services.

Another fine example of Multimax business philosophy to maintain customer loyalty 'putting our customers first' and 'our customers are our most important asset' or perhaps I dreamt it.

I figure a written complaint, handed personally, to the MD might get you more satisfaction. If not, you certainly should post chapter and verse here. However, if you are given satisfaction that also should be reported on this open forum.

I find MM one of the better service providers in TRNC. Erols response above shows they continue to take these issues seriously and I think his response should be applauded.
Some are wise and some otherwise.....

Re: Multimax lack of customer service
I've been with Multimax for years and have never had reason to complain. If I had I would be embarrassed to do it on an open forum.

Ailletoo, it was a knee jerk reaction, we could not get anyone else at MM, and this lady wanted us to prove we had paid. It has all been resolved now and we are very happy with the system.

...more Internet! - they are an ISP (Internet Service Provider)Mike and Sue wrote:What do you get from them apart from internet ?
Well, they do provide a free VPN for you to use, and NTV does supply Multimax customers with basic UK TV channels, although I don't think that this is a part of your contract with Multimax, so that is really a separate consideration.
