Multimax
Hello
I am due to renew my wifi with Multimax in April when I am over and I can remember a lot of bad press for them a few months ago on here
Is there a good alternative to them in cyprus please at the moment as we did have various issues last year while in cyprus ?

Re: Multimax
HI. In my point of view, multi max are the best. I've been with lots of other internet companies, and they are very bad. Yes, sometimes there are problems with multi max, but so far the best. They always answer when you ring them, which is a good point. I used to be pulling my hair out with my previous provider as they never answered their phone when there was a problem! I've just subscribed another year with them, been with them two years now.

Re: Multimax
Agreed, at least when there is a major problem they send out a text informing users. Of late we have had very good service, no buffering or slow speeds. Good value for money in my opinion.

Re: Multimax
There is no other option IMHO. Nothing is perfect and if anyone is used to cable, then wifi etc must come as a horrible shock.

Re: Multimax
Must agree re the recent service. Hardly any problems since new speed allowances were announced a couple of weeks ago?

Re: Multimax
Multimax, brilliant in my view.... ok there are sometimes problems, but yes, they send a text to let you know...how many other companies do that?
