TV on Laptop.

I am trying to watch TV Catchup on a Laptop which is new to me.

I am getting the following message.....
No compatible source was found for this media.

I presume some sort of media prog is required, Which is a simple one which will do the job and not take up too much memory or whatever?

I really could do with a 5 year old here as I am getting too old to learn new tricks!

A program called VLC is the best know 'Play All' media player, but there are others - see here

That VLC looks fine Keith as this is an old machine running W - XP.
