Hello
Just wondering if anyone is having trouble with their Extend Broadband service.
All our channels play well up until 5/6 PM and then for the rest of the evening it's just stop, start constantly .
We've just done yet another speed test which has gone down from 5.12 to 1.70.
Have phoned quite a few times but received little or no response.
Any replies will be appreciated.

How / what are you streaming ? What device are you using (android box, laptop etc) ? What service are you using (mobdro, netflix, bbc iplayer with vpn / dns redirect).

We use Android box. Stream Cat Mouse / Mobdro / Net Live.

From my experience give the sources you are using for video content the most likely cause of the 'peak time' problems you have described is the sources themselves and not your ISP. Should you wish to try and 'diagnose' this further I would suggest that you try signing up to say Netflix using their one month free trial offer. Then when your usual sources start buffering you can try netflix. If netflix also buffers this would indicate that the problem MAY be with your ISP here and you can pass this information on to them ( that you have tried with netflix and it is also buffering) and that should help them solve your issue quicker. If on the other hand netflix does not buffer when these other sources do, then you can be pretty certain that the issue is not with your local ISP here and that there is nothing they can do and thus there is little point reporting the issue to them in these difficult times and adding unnecessary burden to their support systems.greenvalley wrote: ↑Fri 17 Apr 2020 4:48 amWe use Android box.
