COMMUNAL ADMINISTRATION.
We provide full service communal administration to our development management clients. This includes everything from operating a 24 hour emergency maintenance call-out to the organisation of cleaning schedules, and producing monthly development reports.

COMMUNAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
We have the necessary experience and connections to assist developments with any improvement projects they wish to organise. Recent projects we have assisted in organising on KSL managed property include Landscaping, Replacement Pool Liner Installation, Professional CCTV systems and Development Renovations.

SECURE KEY HOLDING.
All keys are fitted with coded tags and electronically logged into our custom built secure key management software. Keys are stored in steel locked key safes and access to computer terminals and key safes is restricted. All movement of keys from keysafes is logged and the location protected by 24hr CCTV.
