Fence Boundary

Hi All,

Merry Christmas! I hope you all had a good one!

Apologies if this has already been asked on this forum but I wondered if anyone knows the boundary rules regarding fencing/wall ownership in TRNC. In the UK it is the left side that you own but what about in Cyprus? Our site was built at the same time and I have neighbours either side so I don't actually know which one is mine!

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

What exactly is the problem, could you provide more details? Do you live in a flat or in a villa, that is a part of the development site? If the latter, has the land been parceled in divided between the houses or is this a shared title deed for the land? There's too many unknowns at the moment to be able to give any sensible reply. Definitely need more details.
