Ersem DIY can cut keys but if you need a proper locksmith I only know of the one near the hospital in Girne.

If Keith's suggestions don't work out, then you might want to try kibkom member paulc - in June 2018, the said member posted this :
"Hi, I have worked as a locksmith here for the last 10 years fitting over 500 locks in that time, my phone # is 0533 848 3939 Alsancak"

Altug Anahtarcilik; tel: 0392 815 8514 or 0542 854 8961 is an excellent Locksmith and has fitted locks for me at reasonable prices (and helped me out when once I locked my self out), he speaks good English. His shop is in the Old quarter of Girne but he works all across the Greater Girne area. Only too pleased to recommend him!
