Hotpoint Refridgerator repair needed

I have an old Hotpoint refridgerator that stopped cooling. I have defrosted it but though there is a faint ‘hum’ coming from the back there doesn’t seem to be anything else haopening and certainly no cooling . So I suspect the refrigerant is low or the compressor has failed.
The model is an FFA64G. Any suggestions for a suitable technician to help me out.? I live in Akdeniz near Çamlibel.
