Does any one know how long it takes for documents sent from the UK to be delivered in the TRNC. I sent some on Thursday and the tracking says it cannot now give an estimated delivery date.

We are having documents coming in on a regular basis. About 2 days to get to Istanbul, but only 1 flight a week from Istanbul to Ercan. I believe either Tuesday or Wednesday arriving with delivery normally the next day. Tracking is still available.

Hi there, just what method are you using then. Can't be the same registered/tracked system that I used. 4 weeks later mine is still in Istanbul from Karaoglanoglu.

Mine was due to be delivered on Tuesday, left the DHL facilities on Friday, still not arrived, now stating estimating delivery date currently unavailable

As stated before, there is only one delivery per week at the moment from Istanbul to Ercan. I can only say this is our experience at the moment. This has been the norm for us over the last month only.

I had a passport sent via DHL last year and from the passport office to Istanbul only took a day or so but then it sat in Istanbul for a week.

I waited for a bank card was posed 1st July from Poland to Germany , Istanbul , tracking all the time. From Istanbul to Ercan went off tracking for few day by which i am asking for notifications when arrives at dhl office. Gave my phone no etc for notice of delivery even asked to leave at local post office if not home. Never heard a thing , were now talking about 17th July. So thinking it had been stolen etc cancelled it nothing was coming up on tracking as to where it was just saying ready for delivery . I later found out that it had been sat in office somewhere until 27th July and returned to sender . Now i paid extra for the service that never happened and still no card. Now its under investigation as i want my money back. So will never use again
