Residency application for second term

I have filled out form, been to police and paid my health insurance, now site says giris basarisig with close at bottom of window, so I cannot get in to see how my residency is progressing, anyone else had this or know what it means please?

giris basarisig - means "enter" button

Thank you Soner but there is no where to enter. The box comes up after I press login so no keyboard to press enter. It comes over the login details, they are still behind this box.

My understanding is that there is an issue with some Apple products and the software. Are you using an ipad by any chance?

Yes Chriswright03 I am, tried my husbands android yesterday which came up with a different message, will try again, thanks for heads up.

Appointment for police station?
Receiving new 2 year visa?

Stared process on 15th March, 21 days before old one run out.
Police appointment 25th March.
Residency renewed on 9th June.
So just shy of 3 months.
Only one year visa.

Friends of ours who went to two year route took about the same timescale, 3 months start to finish.
It depends really on backlogs, if you start it now I guess it might take 4-6 weeks or if we get another lockdown it could take longer I guess
