Kuzeymak water tanks

Does anyone have any experience of the kuzeymak water tanks in comparison to the old style tanks and panels.

How much more expensive, do they make a small version with a relatively small footprint for a two bed apartment? One that would replace a single old style panel and tank.

Have messaged them, but thought I'd ask here.

Also how about heating elements which always seem to have a short life span. Thanks
