Gmail 2 stage login problems

If you are having problems with the 2-stage login process for GMail which started today - it can be switched off

There are also other options for how you would like to receive the 2nd stage security code

I have found that it interferes with MSOutlook, which can be cured by switching off the 2-stage login (if you are using a trusted/secure PC or laptop)
