I am trying to login to check my renewal of my residency but it is not allowing me is it bcos I am doing it on my phone

If you have a vpn turn it off, the residency page does not like it.

Are you in the TRNC at the moment? You cannot log in to the system unless you are.

Are you trying the correct website?https://permissions.gov.ct.tr/staypermit/login
I've just logged in using chrome to the above without problem, it could be the browser you're using.
There is also a student residency website and if you accidentally use it then your login won't work.
