Quick & easy Shortbread Biscuits

8oz Softened Butter
8oz Plain flour
4oz Sugar
4oz Cornflour

Mix all ingredients and roll out. Cut to biscuit size and place on tray lined with grease proof paper. Cook in oven at 150 degrees for approx 15 mins.
Sprinkle sugar on warm biscits.

Just made mincemeat shortbread
In a shallow cake tin layer shortbread mix then mincemeat then another layer of shortbread.
cooked for a bit longer. Nice alternative to mince pies.
